Sony Alpha a350 vs. Nikon d90

Today is the last day of my sub & pretty userpage :( oh well, it was nice while it lasted lol.

So I'm researching dslr's & I can't decide between the Sony Alpha a350 or the Nikon d90. They both look awesome! I currently have a sony & I love it. Has 14 MP, looks more user-friendly and liveview (I have a hard time using viewfinders). The Nikon is 12 MP, but it looks like the clarity is better, HD video, and has in camera editing features, but is a bit more expensive. I was looking at the features & it looks like the Nikon does has the liveview (but the way it's worded, I'm not sure). For you guys that have the Nikon d90, can you compose using the LCD in liveview, or do you have to use the viewfinder? Does it also have auto focus?

If you have either of these cameras, what are your opinions of them? I love them both...
